How to Delete your Account

Step 1: Launch the Purple VOD application
Launch the Purple Easy Player application and click on Login
Step 2: Login
Enter your Email and Password on the login screen and click on Submit
Step 3: Navigate to Settings
Click on Settings represented by a gear icon and continue.
Step 4: Initiate Account Deletion
Within the Settings menu, ensure the Account Info option is selected from the left-hand sidebar. This section displays your profile details, Click the Delete Account option.
Step: 5 Confirm Deletion
A confirmation pop-up window titled "Delete Account" will appear, For security verification, enter your current account Password in the "Enter Password" field and click on "Delete" button.
(If you decide not to proceed, select the Cancel button instead)
Your Purple Easy Player account and all related data will now be permanently deleted. You will likely be logged out of the application.
