When you visit our site  [https://player.purpletv.app/login](https://player.purpletv.app/login) you will see that the video is not getting played. For playing the video content you need to complete the following steps. 



Following Error will be fixed :

- Authentication failed with server.
- Video Player not work
- If your IPTV DNS is http



**Step 1:** In Firefox, enter **about\:config** in the address bar. Acknowledge the warning message displayed by Firefox.

**Step 2:** In the search bar, type** block\_active**.

**Step 3: **Double-click **security.mixed\_content.block\_active\_content** .

The value changes from “True” to “False.” When the value shows “False,” you are finished.

**Step 4: ** To Apply Your Updated Settings To This Site, Reload or Refresh This Page

**Step 5:** Finally Play Video Content
