Coupons List
The Billing & Transactions → Coupons List section of your Purple IPTV panel is where admins can view, search, and manage all discount coupons used for subscriptions and payments. It shows each coupon’s name, code, usage limit, and how many times it has been used, helping you quickly check which offers are active and how they are performing. This makes it easy to create new coupons, track existing ones, and control promotional campaigns across your customers.
1. Location in the Panel
In the left-side menu, this section is under:
- Billing & Transactions
- Invoice List
- Credits History
- Coupons List
- Subscription Plan
The Invoice List page shows a breadcrumb like -
- Billing & Transactions → Coupons List
So users always know where they are in the panel.
2. Search & Filter Capabilities (Coupons List)
At the top of the Coupons List, there are controls that let you quickly narrow down coupon records:
Entries per Page
- Control: Show 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 entries
- Lets you choose how many coupon rows are displayed on a single page.
Free-text Search
- A Search box is available on the right side above the table.
- You can type any keyword (such as coupon name or code) and the list will instantly filter to show only matching coupons.
3. Name
- Displays the name of the coupon.
- Example values -
- Johnny Dave
- John Doe
Usage -
- Helps you identify the coupon by a readable label.
- Often used to describe the promotion, for example
- SUMMER20
- Autumn40
4. Code
- Displays the actual coupon code that users must enter on the payment or subscription page.
- Example value -
- C279CD09
Usage -
- This is what end users type in to receive a discount.
- You can copy this value and share it with customers.
5. Limit
- Shows the maximum number of times the coupon can be used.
- Example values from the list -
- 2
- - (dash – often used when there is no use limit defined or the field is empty, depending on your configuration)
Usage -
- If set to a number (e.g. 2), the coupon can only be used that many times in total.
- If shown as -, it may mean no limit or not specified.
6. Used
- Shows how many times the coupon has already been used.
- Example values -
- 2 or 5 etc
Usage -
- Compare Used with Limit to see how many uses are left.
- If Limit = 2 and Used = 0 → coupon can still be used up to 2 times.
- If Limit = 2 and Used = 2 → coupon is fully used (depending on system behavior, it may stop working automatically).
7. Status
- Shows the current status of the coupon.
- Example values (based on table snippet)
- - (dash – used as a placeholder in the provided view, but in a full implementation you may see values such as Active, Inactive, Expired, etc.)
Usage -
- Helps you know if a coupon is usable or not.
- Typical interpretations (subject to your actual configuration)
- Active – coupon can be used.
- Inactive – coupon is disabled and cannot be used.
- Expired – coupon is past its expiry date.
8. Action
- The Action column usually contains buttons or icons to manage each coupon.
- Typical actions (the exact icons/buttons depend on your implementation) include:
- Edit – open the form to modify the coupon (change name, limit, status, etc.).
- Delete – remove the coupon from the system.
- View – open detailed view (if available).
